1.Nenu Ready promises a mix of romance, comedy, and family entertainment. What was it about this script that made you feel this was the right film for your comeback?
What immediately connected with me was how relatable the story felt. Nenu Ready isn’t just about one hero’s journey, it reflects the dreams, pressures, and emotions that many youngsters and families experience today. My character comes from a small town, carries big aspirations, and constantly finds himself balancing family expectations with his own ambitions.
That emotional conflict, mixed with romance, humour, and plenty of entertaining moments, made the script very special. For my comeback, I wanted a film that would entertain audiences while also making them emotionally connected. When Trinadha Rao Nakkina narrated the story, I knew this had all the ingredients of a wholesome theatrical entertainer, and I couldn’t have asked for a better project to return with.
2. The song Konchem Konchem has already created a strong buzz, especially with Nargis Fakhri making her Telugu debut. How was it having her in the film, and what energy did she bring to the song?
Having Nargis Fakhri as part of Konchem Konchem was a wonderful experience. She brought a completely fresh and vibrant energy to the song, and I think that’s one of the reasons it has connected so well with audiences. Even though it was her Telugu debut, she was extremely professional, confident, and open to understanding the style and rhythm that Telugu cinema brings to its songs.
Her screen presence added a unique charm and glamour without taking away from the emotion of the track. I believe her presence definitely elevated the visual appeal and made the song even more memorable.
3. Konchem Konchem has a fresh, romantic vibe and has been appreciated for its visuals and chemistry. Which part of shooting the song remains your favourite memory, and why?
My favourite memory from Konchem Konchem would be the way the entire visual world of the song was created. The specially designed studio setup with an ambience, beautiful floral lighting, and water elements gave the song a very dreamy and romantic atmosphere. A lot of thought went into creating that mood and making every frame visually appealing.
I remember being impressed by the detailing and the effort put in by the entire team to bring that feel alive on screen. Along with the soulful composition by Mickey J Meyer, the visuals created a unique experience. Seeing audiences appreciate the song’s look and feel makes those memories even more special.
4. Director Trinadha Rao Nakkina is known for balancing entertainment with emotions. How did his vision help shape your performance in Nenu Ready, and what can audiences expect from your character?
One of Trinadha Rao Nakkina garu’s biggest strengths is that he understands how to make audiences laugh while keeping the emotions completely authentic. He was very clear about how he wanted my character to evolve, from a carefree youngster to someone who gradually learns to handle responsibilities without losing his spirit.
He encouraged me to keep the performance natural and relatable rather than overly dramatic. That really helped me connect with the character. Audiences can expect someone who is fun, emotional, determined, and full of surprises. He’s the kind of person you’ll laugh with, cheer for, and emotionally connect to, which is what makes Nenu Ready a complete family entertainer.
5. After watching the trailer and listening to Konchem Konchem, expectations from Nenu Ready are high. If you had to describe the film in just three words, what would they be, and why should audiences book their tickets?
If I had to describe Nenu Ready in three words, they would be Heartwarming. Entertaining. Relatable. Every scene is designed to make audiences smile, laugh, and feel emotionally connected to the characters. Whether you’re coming for the romance, the comedy, the music, or the family emotions, the film has something for everyone.
We have an amazing cast, wonderful music by Mickey J Meyer, and Trinadha Rao Nakkina’s signature entertainment throughout. More importantly, it’s the kind of film that’s best enjoyed with your family and friends in a theatre, where every laugh and every emotional moment becomes even more memorable. We’re excited, and I truly believe audiences will walk out with a big smile on their faces.
