AI adoption moves from experimentation to transformation with new tools targeting trading, workforce change

New AI-powered solutions bring domain intelligence to commodity trading and help enterprises drive workforce adoption of technology-led change

New Delhi, October 09, 2026: As artificial intelligence moves from experimentation towards wider enterprise deployment, the next challenge for organisations is increasingly shifting from adopting AI to embedding it into complex business processes and ensuring that people can effectively adopt new ways of working.

Against this backdrop, World of Circular Economy (WOCE) has expanded its technology portfolio with two new AI-powered offerings under its proprietary platform esgpro.ai -TradingXL and ChangeXL, targeting two critical dimensions of enterprise transformation: complex technology environments and workforce adoption.

The move comes as AI adoption accelerates across Indian enterprises. According to Deloitte’s 2026 State of AI in the Enterprise India findings, 94 per cent of Indian organisations expect their AI spending to increase over the next year, reflecting continued investment in scaling AI initiatives. Government data citing the NASSCOM AI Adoption Index has also reported that 87 per cent of Indian enterprises were actively using AI solutions as of December 2025.

The growing adoption, however, is also bringing a new set of challenges- how to apply AI to highly specialised business environments, integrate it into existing enterprise systems and ensure that employees are able to understand, adopt and use the resulting changes effectively.

TradingXL addresses the technology transformation layer, with a suite of AI-enabled solutions for Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) environments. It combines domain-trained AI agents, specialised tools and accelerators aimed at supporting CTRM implementations, upgrades, support and transformation.

The platform is designed around the complexity of commodity trading environments, where technology systems need to work across specialised trading processes, risk management, scheduling, operations and related enterprise workflows. Rather than applying generic AI capabilities to these environments, TradingXL brings domain-specific intelligence closer to the processes and systems used by commodity businesses.

ChangeXL, meanwhile, addresses the people and adoption side of transformation. The AI-enabled change-management platform uses short-form, reel-based learning, an AI knowledge assistant and real-time analytics to help employees understand what has changed, what they need to do differently and where they can seek immediate support.

The platform also provides management with visibility into adoption, engagement, learning consumption, AI usage, questions raised and recurring support requirements- allowing organisations to move beyond conventional training programmes towards measurable change adoption.

Together, the two offerings represent a broader approach to enterprise transformation: TradingXL focuses on transforming complex technology environments, while ChangeXL focuses on helping people adopt that transformation.

“The next phase of enterprise AI will not be defined simply by how many organisations use AI, but by how effectively they embed intelligence into complex business processes and enable people to work differently. Our experience in sustainability and ESG has taught us that technology creates value only when data, technology and people work together. TradingXL and ChangeXL extend that philosophy into enterprise transformation- one addressing complex trading technology and the other addressing the human adoption of change,” said Anup Garg, founder and director, World of Circular Economy.

The development marks an evolution in WOCE’s technology journey. The company has built its technology capabilities around sustainability intelligence, ESG data, carbon management and decision-support solutions through its esgpro.ai platform. Its recent portfolio expansion takes those capabilities into adjacent enterprise transformation challenges, while retaining technology, intelligence and measurable outcomes as common threads.

“We are not moving away from sustainability; we are expanding the technology and transformation capabilities we have built through that journey. Organisations increasingly need intelligence not only to measure and report, but to understand, decide and transform. TradingXL and ChangeXL are the first steps in taking that capability into a wider enterprise context,” Garg added.

The new offerings also reflect a broader shift in the role of enterprise AI- from standalone productivity tools towards specialised, contextual and actionable intelligence embedded within business operations.

For WOCE, this represents the next phase of its technology-led evolution: from helping organisations measure and understand sustainability performance to enabling them to transform technology, processes and people through intelligent solutions.

“AI is increasingly becoming part of the operating fabric of enterprises. The opportunity now is to make it specialised, contextual and actionable. With TradingXL, we are bringing AI closer to the complexities of commodity trading; with ChangeXL, we are bringing intelligence closer to the people who need to adopt transformation. That is the larger opportunity we see ahead,” Garg said.
