Country Homes Harohalli to offer premium farm plots, a planned luxury boutique resort and nature-led amenities, creating a new model for countryside living

Triguna Projects, in association with Megha Landmark Estates, has announced the launch of Country Homes Harohalli, a 65-acre hospitality-led gated farmland community located near Bannerghatta National Forest, offering a distinctive blend of nature, luxury and modern infrastructure.

The development will comprise approximately 135 premium farm plots ranging from 6,000 to 10,000 sq. ft., with prices starting at ₹70 lakh. A key differentiator of the project is the planned 3-acre luxury boutique resort within the gated community, designed to integrate hospitality, leisure and private green spaces into the overall community experience.

Country Homes Harohalli has been conceptualised around the idea of creating a complete countryside lifestyle rather than a conventional farmland development. The project will feature a Miyawaki forest, 2-acre lake, artificial waterfall, fruit plantations, pottery zones and a vegetable village, offering residents opportunities to engage with nature and experience a slower, more immersive lifestyle.

These nature-led elements will be supported by modern infrastructure, including solar-powered streetlights, professionally managed internal roads, security systems and long-term maintenance planning. The combination is aimed at creating a professionally managed, secure and premium environment for both weekend living and long-term ownership.

Speaking about the vision behind Country Homes Harohalli, T. Thimmegowda & Brothers, Directors & Founders, Megha Landmark Estates, said, “We wanted people to truly experience the feeling behind Country Homes Harohalli instead of just visiting a project site. The idea was to create a destination where nature, hospitality and community come together, allowing people to experience the lifestyle we have envisioned for them.”

Raghunath Reddy Bhattagiri, Co-founder & MD, Triguna Projects, said, “At Triguna Country Homes, our philosophy has always been centred around hospitality-integrated countryside living. We believe premium farmland communities today must offer more than just land ownership; they should bring together lifestyle, wellness and long-term value. With Country Homes Harohalli, we are taking this philosophy forward through the integration of a planned 3-acre luxury boutique resort within the community, allowing residents to experience the calmness of nature alongside curated hospitality and modern comforts. This integration is also intended to support better upkeep, stronger infrastructure and a more cohesive long-term community environment.”

The project’s location is another key element of its proposition. Harohalli is strategically positioned along Bengaluru’s emerging southern growth corridor, with connectivity through the NICE Road and STRR, while the proposed IRR is expected to further strengthen regional connectivity. The location provides access to established and emerging employment hubs including Electronic City, Bidadi and the upcoming KHIR City. Proposed infrastructure developments, including the second international airport corridor near Kanakapura Road, are also expected to contribute to the region’s long-term growth potential.

Highlighting the location and the broader vision, Sachin Kumar Bankapur, Director, Triguna Farms Pvt. Ltd., said, “Harohalli is one of the few locations near Bengaluru that still retains its natural character and forest surroundings. As connectivity improves and demand for low-density living continues to grow, we believe the region has the potential to emerge as a sought-after destination for lifestyle-led land ownership. Our vision was to create more than just a farmplot community; we wanted to build a space where people can reconnect with nature while still enjoying the comforts and conveniences of modern living.”

With its hospitality component, extensive green infrastructure and strategic location, Country Homes Harohalli represents an emerging evolution in Bengaluru’s farmland segment, where land ownership is increasingly being combined with lifestyle, wellness, community infrastructure and professional management. The project aims to redefine the conventional perception of farmland by transforming it into a hospitality-integrated lifestyle asset, offering buyers a private countryside retreat while retaining the potential benefits associated with ownership in a rapidly developing region around Bengaluru.
